Ron Gross

Mr. Gross is the President of RJG Capital Management, LLC, a hedge fund focused on small capitalization, value investing. Mr. Gross was the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the general partner of Barington Companies Equity Partners, L.P., a hedge fund focused on small capitalization, activist value investing (1999-2003). Prior to this, Mr. Gross was a Vice President and Head of the Special Situations Group within the Equity Research Department of Barington Capital Group, L.P. (1996-1999).

Mr. Gross graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Investments (1990) and from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a Master of Business Administration degree (1994).

Robert Roach
Corporate Finance

Bob Roach brings over 20 years of investment banking and corporate finance as well as COO and CFO experience with early stage and middle-market companies. Bob is currently CEO and Managing Director of MCC Securities, a licensed broker/dealer providing corporate finance advisory services to companies with less than $50 million in revenue. Bob has successfully raised venture capital and private equity, implemented M&A strategies and been integral in the financing of several leveraged acquisitions.

Bob has also held corporate finance positions at US West Financial Services and GE Capital. Bob holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College.
